First time In Israel

Day 1: 
Shalom! You have arrived in Israel. Proceed to Jerusalem. Rest in 
one of the best hotels “King David”. Evening, Visit the "Israel 
Museum". Israel Museum boasts the unique Dead Sea Scrolls 
exhibit extensive Judaic and Jewish ethnography treasures, fascinating 
archaeological artifacts 
and impressive collections of international and 
Israeli artists. Overnight in Jerusalem "King 
David" hotel.
Day 2: 
Day in Jerusalem. Visiting King's David Tomb Cenacle 
(room of the Last Supper) and Dormition Church on the 
Mount Zion. Tour the Jewish Quarter of the Old City 
and Western Wall. Uncover the layers of history from 
the time of the First Temple until the present day.
Stations of the Cross, the most famous street in the 
world Via Doloroza Holy Sepulcher. Evening. Nachlat 
Shiva Quarter with its fine restaurants and galleries.   
Day 3: 
The Mount of Olives. We will enjoy magnificent view 
of the Old City of Jerusalem from the legendary Mt. 
Of Olives.Visit to Gethsemane – Church of the Agony. 
It was here that Jesus came with his disciples to 
pray after his last supper on the night of Passover. 
At Yad Vashem we will visit the museum and Yad Layeled,
dedicated to the memory of the one and a half million 
o perished in the Holocaust. Soreq Cave: There are stal
actites and stalagmites in all directions, offering a 
comprehensive display of all known formations.
   

 

Day 4: 
We are going to old Jaffa. Jaffa is mentioned in the 
Bible as the port from which the Prophet Jonah 
embarked on his joinery. With its narrow streets and 
alleys and bohemian galleries Jaffa offers a stark 
contrast to Tel-Aviv's modernity. Visit the Diaspore 
musium in Tel-Aviv. Afternoon visit to Megido 
(Armegiddon). Spend the Evening at the hot springs 
of Hamat Gader, which are found in the same setting 
as the ancient Roman baths. Overnight in the kibbutz 
by the lake of Galilee.
Day 5: 
Visit to the Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth, 
Capernaum and Tabgha, holy places around lake of Galilee. 
Overnight in Kibbutz.
Day 6: 
Visit to Beit Shean which is one of the oldest cities 
of the ancient Near East. "If the Garden of Eden Is 
in the land of Israel, it's portals are in Beit Shean". 
So said Rabbi Shimeon Ben Lakish in the third century 
C.E, and he knew where of he spoke. Our trip to the 
lowest point in the world, 1300 feet below sea level, 
would not be complete without an opportunity to "float" 
on the Dead Sea. Overnight in the hotel "Holiday Inn" 
on the Dead Sea. 

Day 7: 
A visit to Massada is more that just a tour of an 
archeological excavation. The fall of Massada in 
73 C.E marked an end of an era of Jewish independence 
in the land of Israel. Later we can go for a Camel 
riding or desert jeep ride. 
  


 

Day 8: 
We are going to Eilat the bridge between Asia and 
Africa on the Red-Sea. Overnight in Eilat  "Dan" 
hotel.


Day 9, 10: 
Days of relaxation and rest. Enjoy touring Red canyon, 
yacht tour, Visit to the Underwater Observatory, Dolphin 
Reef, diving, etc.

Day 11: 
Introducing the Negev Highlands. You pass through the 
biggest crater on earth-Ramon Crater, Ben Gurion's grave 
in kibbutz Sede-Boker Arrival to Tel-Aviv. Registration in
"Dan" Tel-Aviv hotel. Last evening in Tel-Aviv.

Day 12: 
A day in the heart of Tel-Aviv's downtown shopping district 
and the famous "Carmel" market. Depart for Ben Gurion Airport.

In Hebrew, there are no "good-byes". We say L’hitra’OT.
